The home is the starting point. A separate four-season entertaining pavilion is planned lower on the hill, with an easy walk toward the dock.

Introducing the future 19th Hole
A dedicated gathering pavilion is being considered for the lower tier, about halfway down the hill. The working size is approximately 10 by 10 to 15 by 15 feet, with a short walkway to the dock.
A possible pontoon rental may be considered later. It is not currently offered. Pavilion plans and availability are subject to change.
